This week I have been:
Beastly Things by Donna Leon. A birthday present from the ‘rents, this is one book in a series of detective novels set in Venice.
Sons of Anarchy on Netflix. If you’re not familiar with the series, it’s set in a small town in California and revolves around the activities of an outlaw motorcycle club, the Sons of Anarchy. It’s also violent and has very bad language, so if that sort of thing upsets you, please know that I am not recommending that you join me in watching.
Stardust with Fiona (who hadn’t seen it before). I really do love this film, and I’m reliably informed that the book is better, so I’m trying to remember to get hold of a copy.
Good Charlotte & Arctic Monkeys & Glee & Michael Buble & Fall Out Boy because they have all catered to my mood at some point.
Still working on the batwing cardigan, and slightly frustrated that the size of the ball of wool (giant) means that toting it with me to New Word Alive is utterly impractical and so I’m knitting-less for the next week.
Writing, bypasses, coffee, cake, cleaning, sightseeing, history, saints, friends, marriage, children, church, teaching, small portions, passion, blogging, travelling, future, knitting, ballet, and memories.
