On baking.

Team days tomorrow, so baking has been happening.

Nigella Lawson Brownies and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall Blondies (that is, Brownies made with white chocolate, rather than dark).

The Blondies recipe was (I felt) unnecessarily complicated, but they look & taste pretty good, so all’s well that ends well. I suppose.

I’ve used an appalling amount of butter and sugar, and nearly £10 worth of chocolate, but perhaps the sprinkling of summer fruits will balance that out, eh?
